Smart Parcel Box Returns Policy

We take it upon ourselves to ensure that all of the goods and services that we provide are of manufactured to the highest standards.  For another reason there may be times when you are not entirely happy with your purchase and seek to return it.  Should this be the case, you receive a 30 days grace period whereby an item can be returned.  This must be in saleable condition and preferable in its original packaging.  The returns process can be seen below:

Smart Parcel Box Returns process

The customer must send a written request via email declaring they wish to return the item.  This must be sent within 30 days of receiving the item.  Return requests must be sent to [email protected]

We will authorise the return so that it can be accepted back into our warehouse

If you do send the item back without prior authorisation it may not be accepted.

The product must be sent in a saleable condition and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is returned safely.

The cost of the return postage is your responsibility.  If you need assistance in returning the Smart Parcel Box, please contact us.

Once returned, our Customer Care team will proceed with your refund or replacement.  This is considered case by case and may depend on the condition of the returned item.

If we issue a replacement, we will deliver the new product at no extra cost. In the event of a refund, the full amount will be refunded by Homescapes (our parent company) to the customer.

Personalised Smart Parcel Box

Smart Parcel Box is committed selling top-quality delivery boxes. Due to this product being personalised permanent sticker, we cannot accept returns. 

This is in line with the Consumer Contract Regulations of 2013. Smart Parcel Box will only authorize a return if an item is deemed faulty and you must contact our Customer Care team to discuss this.

Important Information

The returned Smart Parcel Box will only be accepted in its original condition.

Your smart Parcel box must be returned before it is fitted to your property,

If there is any damage to the item, this will be taken into consideration during the refund process and may result in your refund request becoming void.

If the Smart Parcel Box is faulty and it has been agreed by Customer Care prior to return, we will accept your Smart Parcel Box in a used condition.

This agreement must be made with us before returning the item.

NOTE: When returning items you should keep a record of proof of postage, as we cannot be held accountable for items lost in transit during their journey to our warehouse.

Exceptions to the Returns Policy

The delivery of your Smart Parcel Box is subsidised.  Prior to a refund, we must deduct the cost of the original delivery charges.  This will be discussed with you if you request a refund.
