Delivery Information for Smart Parcel Box
Once you have ordered your Smart Parcel Box you will receive notification of delivery. Your Smart Parcel Box will be delivered by our delivery fleet and arranged once we have received your details. We also give you the option for collection from our Cradley Heath, West-Midlands central warehouse if you prefer.
We only deliver to England, Wales and some parts of Scotland, excluding the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands. This area is made up of mainland UK with some exceptions. For any queries regarding this please call us on 0121 368 0051 before placing your order.
If your Smart Parcel Box is in stock the period of delivery can be around a couple of days to a couple of weeks. This depends on the availability and the runs of our delivery vehicles.
Your Smart Parcel Box will be delivered by Homescapes delivery vehicles, our parent company.
We work with our customers to make sure that we deliver on a day and time to suit their needs, this is all arranged via our Customer Care team.
We delivery your Smart Parcel box directly to you to ensure that it is delivered safely and to your door, this allows customers to check the item in our presence and to ensure they are 100% satisfied with their order.
If the item you ordered is not in stock then we will notify you of a provisional delivery date. This will be confirmed when the item becomes available. If you have any questions regarding item availability, please contact our Customer Care team.
Important Delivery Information
Smart Parcel Box deliveries are heavily subsidised, in the event of a return, these delivery charges will be deducted from your account, which will be a minimum of £40,00
The delivery driver will require a signature, so please ensure someone is present at your chosen delivery address to accept the delivery. We recommend that you thoroughly check your Smart parcel Box so any breakages or damage which may have happened during transportation. Drivers cannot be held responsible if you have signed for the goods prior to checks being made.
It is the customer’s responsibility to fit and secure the Smart Parcel Box to their property. Our delivery drivers are not trained or insured to do this, this service will not be offered at the time of ordering or delivery.
